C. V. "Karl" Kehoe, II CLAAMr. Kehoe is a Notary Public for the Parish of Orleans having received his lifetime commission from the Governor of the State of Louisiana. He earned his masters degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from the University of New Orleans and is a member of the International Association of Assessing Officers (IAAO) holding a CLAA designation. He began his career with a local tax-consulting firm and has saved clients hundreds of thousands in tax dollars through his personal property filing expertise. Using the latest cost centering techniques and Tax Commission guidelines, he has been able to reduce clients’ personal property tax liability by an average 27%. In some cases, he has been able to garner refunds by directly petitioning the Louisiana Tax Commission citing certain Louisiana Revised Statutes as the basis for appeal.
